Jonathan Wogan - President, holds a Masters in Management from CBU, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. For the past fifteen years Jonathan has worked in the asset management industry. Jonathan’s knowledge and expertise led him to Freeman Webb and then landed him the role of Vice President for Silver Tree Residential. Jonathan is an extremely successful operator and manager who is known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail. In addition, Jonathan’s leadership style promotes positive corporate culture and he is laser focused on maintaining and reassessing brand identity. Jonathan in currently President of Lennox Companies and its various affiliates, working with his team to expand and seek continuous growth and profitability. He lives in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and four children.
Aviva Freiden - Director of Operations, joined Lennox Companies in 2014 and brings over 10-years’ experience in the business and real estate space. She earned her B.S. in Business Management from Sy Syms School of Business In New York City. Prior to joining Lennox Companies, Aviva worked for Myerson Management in New York City, Legg Mason in Baltimore, MD and Cooper Companies in Memphis, TN. As Director of Operations, she oversees the day to day operations, as well as works closely with Jonathan on the direction, vision, and goals of Lennox Companies. Additionally, she takes pride in the continuous review of company standards, and implementation of progressive growth initiatives. In addition to her role at Lennox Companies, she is actively involved in the Memphis Community serving on numerous non-profit boards. Aviva lives in Memphis with her husband and their three children.
Chris Garner - Finance Manager, received his Bachelors in Finance from the University of Mississippi and his MBA with Finance emphasis from Christian Brothers University. He joined Lennox Companies in 2014, with an established 15-year history of cultivating business growth through analysis and client relationships. In his varied finance experiences, he has created new products and markets within the financial sectors. In his role as Finance Manager at Lennox Companies, he oversees the finances of the company’s portfolio, as well as maintains positive relationships with lender and equity partners. Chris and his wife live in Germantown, Tennessee.
Brittanee Bachelor - Director of Human Resources, has been with Lennox Companies since 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama with a Minor in Business Administration. As the Director of Human Resources, Brittanee oversees the hiring and recruiting process, payroll administration, and compliance of benefits and retirement plans. In addition to Human Resources Administration, Brittanee cultivates training programs, supervises social media platforms, and assists in promoting our company culture. She lives in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband.
Judah Katz - Director of Engagement, joined Lennox Companies in 2018 and brings over 5-years’ experience in the commercial finance and investment. As the Director of Engagement, Judah is responsible for fostering new client relationships and promoting the Lennox brand among existing private and institutional partners. Additionally, Judah links Lennox to the global community through involvement with international venture capital funds.
Sarah Lovett - Resident Relations Supervisor, joined Lennox Companies in April of 2018. Sarah brings over six years of customer service experience. As the Resident Relations Supervisor, Sarah taps into her knowledge and experience to provide support for our Community Managers. Together, they build a caring and positive atmosphere for our communities and look to ensure resident satisfaction. She and her husband love living in the Memphis area.
